Processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters and is handled only by technical staff in charge of processing and/or by personnel appointed for occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disclosed.
Personal data provided by users who submit requests for information material are used solely for the purpose of performing the requested service or provision.

4. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
A. Browsing data
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes:

  • IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site;
  • URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on site usage and to ensure proper functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.
The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of cybercrimes against the site.

B. Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary notices will be progressively reported or displayed on the site pages prepared for particular on-demand services.

5. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
Your personal data collected will be processed by our organization for the following purposes:

  • a) purposes connected, instrumental, and necessary for the provision of the Service;
  • b) sending information and commercial offers, including from third parties;
  • c) receipt of CVs;
  • d) carrying out studies and statistical research on sales, customers, and other information, and possibly communicating them to third parties;

6. OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA
Apart from what is specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data indicated in request forms or otherwise indicated in the “contacts” section to request the sending of information.
Failure to provide such data may result in the inability to obtain what is requested.

The personal data provided by you and collected by the company will be retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are collected and based on criteria defined internally by HOTEL INVEST ITALIANA S.R.L.; the duration of such periods is indicated in an internal document that may be made available to you upon specific request.
